Job Description: Responsible for Europe, America and South Korea customer¡ s quality assurance and complaint handle. I have learnt a lot in LCD techniques and Quality control methods on this position. My daily work mainly including:
1) Analyze the customer returned defects independently or with product engineer and propose &follow up the corrective actions in factory. Prepare 8D corrective action report to customer.
Classify the responsibility of accumulate rejects in customer production line every month according to customer approved specification.
2) New and old customer audit preparation. Hold meets with relative departments for preparing required documents and actions according to customer¡ s audit checklist. For some important audit, we have to conduct an initial internal audit first to verify everything is done. When the customer auditor comes, accompany him to conduct the audit and explain our working process step by step. With team’ s hard work, we have passed many famous customers audit successfully with few deviations, such as:
I. BHTC (BMW¡ s OEM) audit with high scores of 92.3, this Mar;
II. Cisco new supplier qualification approval in 2008 Mar.10th &11th and;
III. Flextronic &HP annual audit last Sept. etc.
