如何找到中国的留学生和当地的学生

大家好，我是来自大连的朋友。主要做思科培训Cisco Traing的，因为国内的培训费用相当的低，所以我想寻找一些在非洲的留学生和当地的学生邀请到中国来参加培训的。

但是我不知该如何做起？
去一些什么样的网站呢？

Hello, everyone! I'm from Dalian, China, and focus on the Cisco Traing, because the Training fee is the lowest in the world, so I'm looking for chinese students studied in Africa or local students, and invite them to attend the Training to China.
