a little story about Axel.. - Story Get More Stor
“roxas, have you seen axel?” you ask as the young blonde tries to walk by your room.
“axel?” the blonde asks and looks at you with his bright blue eyes. you nod to his question and hold up a pair of heartless slippers.
“he left his slippers in front of my room for some reason two nights ago, and i haven’t seen him since.” you say worriedly. roxas stares at you for a moment, looks at the ceiling of the hallway, then back at you. his lips curl into a small smile as though he just heard a joke.
“he’s sick, just in case you didn’t know.” roxas says and you freeze.
“sick? wait—“ you try to clear up this surprising news and try to get your mind working right. “axel? sick? that’s impossible… i mean… he can run outside like a crazed child at –30 degrees,lunette de soleil carrera!!” you tell roxas.
“that is true.” roxas says to you. “axel is a fire guy, and he has this weird body temperature thing where he won’t get cold too easily… but he got sick two nights ago. he had a high fever and a bad cough.” roxas looks at you and seems like he’s trying not to burst out laughing. you notice this and glare at him.
“and what is so funny, roxas?” you say and grab roxas by the collar of his shirt. roxas waves his hands in front of him for defense.
“nothing, nothing!!” roxas says and you let go of him and run to axel’s room. “you’re going to go see axel?” roxas calls after you and you turn and nod to him. “good luck with that! and a bunch of other things!” roxas says, and you stare at him for a moment, shake your head and run off.
“…………… you know,lunette carrera, she likes him…” demyx says and appears behind roxas.
“i know. it’s pretty obvious when she’s blushing like mad and seems like she’s going to cry when she hears axel’s half-dead.” roxas laughs and pulls off one earpiece of demyx’s earphones. roxas puts the earpiece on his ear and listens to it.
the two boys freeze for a moment. “… cascada?” roxas mutters and looks at demyx. demyx just laughs in return.
“axel? axel, are you alive?” you ask and open the door to his room. everything is dark. the curtains are shut, all lights are off,carrera lunettes, and just standing there makes you feel like you’re engulfed in darkness. you slowly shut the door and wait.a minute.two minutes…
your eyes finally get used to the dark and you begin to see some silhouettes of some large items. since axel was sick,carrera lunette, high chance he would be in bed… you carefully take a few paces towards a shape that looks like axel’s bed. yours eyes adjust more and you finally see almost everything in the room. you see only a small bit of axel’s hair sticking out from underneath the covers…
“axel~~…” you mutter and try to pull off some of the covers from axel’s head at least and you are successful. but pair of bright aqua eyes makes you jump back a few centimeters. was he awake? or is he just half-awake… or maybe he’s sleeping with his eyes open…
while you’re thinking about how a pair of eyes could be open, a hand grabs you around the waist and with a strong pull, it pulls you onto the bed and under the covers.
“a-axel!!” you cry out, but he doesn’t say anything and you look carefully at his face… he’s sleeping… then what?? he didn’t mean this at all…? you sigh and notice that you won’t be able to get out of axel’s grip until he wakes up… so you’re stuck like this for at least another 30 minutes… you blush at the thought, but the warmth of the covers pull you into dreamland and soon, you’re sleeping next to axel.
“……………” roxas and demyx stand at the doorway and take a few photos. they giggle and run off.
“………… what…?” axel wakes up and feels something warm next to his chest. he looks to see you sleeping with your head against his chest. “h-hey--- what? how… what did i do!?” axel mutters quickly, but soon lowers his voice, noticing that you are asleep.
wishing that he didn’t do anything, and won’t do anything, axel fell asleep again. his arms wrapped tight around you.
yes, you caught a cold the next day and axel helped you get better again.
one problem was that roxas and demyx were handing out copies of a photo they had taken when you two were asleep together. most of the photos were given to and burned by axel though… |
