尼日利亚的骗子
前几天遇到个尼日利亚的骗子
去年我收到他的一次询盘，但是感觉是骗子就没注意 事后也没联系 没想到那家伙加了我的MSN 前几天问我要一个三极管的型号 和他在MSN 聊了很多 觉得他还对产品比较熟悉 通过讨价还价 到运输 觉
得他真的是那种实实在在的客户 尤其还向我要了手机号码
由于这个产品他要原装进口的 他要的很急 我们没有 单的价值不小 我和同事 都很重视 花了好半天公司在华强北找到了货源 谈好了价格 联系好了货运
这些准备工作能好了后 我说可以打款了 但是他说打款时间要3到天才能到我们公司香港账户 时间紧迫
他有很重要的事情 对我说可不可以先给我银行的水单 然后发货 我想保住这笔单 就答应了 ，但是我有些怀疑 就没发货 于是他天天给我打电话 每天三次 虽然感觉他很真诚 但是关系到我的钱
还是没发货 到第四天的时候 他发火了 说再不发货就取消银行转账 听到这句话的时候 我也急了 到底怎么办 但是后来我问了很多同行 都觉得他很可疑
手上拿着他给的银行水单 总觉得这个和以前客户给我不太一样 也不知道是不是真的 很矛盾 在利益和得失之间 只有等待 又过了三天 当我在和他在MSN 聊天的时候 他不认识我了
还问我我们以前聊过么 我一下子就明白了 然后和我同行的一个女孩子说了下 她说她前几天也遇见这个人了 骂人的方式和做事的方式 还有MSN 邮箱是一样的
后来我在我去年的询盘中找到了这个人的询盘 种种现实的信息 都是个骗子
我的那个上帝 我佩服这个人的 坚持 但是恨他是个骗子

拿到询盘浏览了一下就觉得是骗子，为了验证一下就回复了，内容如下：

过了四天，有回复：

来自同一个公司的尼日利亚的骗子骗了我两次了。现在是第二次，做了合同。估计接下来就是出邀请函了吧、呵呵，等着骗子的回复！真是的。骗子啊骗子。不是我不给你们办邀请函。确实是你们国家办邀请函太麻烦啊！！！！！！

遇到尼日利亚的骗子想骗样板，大家小心……
最近收到一尼日利亚的询盘（是老板转发给我的），一开始我也注意（因为我是外贸新人，今年6月份才开始接触外贸，还到现在都没有出过一单），所以收到询盘之后就很积极的回复，回复之后他就回复了，还催我寄样板，一开始觉得很奇怪，因为回复的时候也没有人称，但是想到不像一般的上面附上一个网址要几打开的那种，就又觉得好像没有什么问题就回了一封邮件，然后又来邮件，这次就连联邦账号都给了，说订单都是用这个账号寄的，还提供了详细地址。怎么说呢，整封邮件给我的感觉很凌乱，有点前言不接后语的。我开始觉得有点蹊跷了，然后打电话去联邦问，发现账号是美国的，说去尼日利亚的不能第三方寄件，再后来我就上网查，发现果然是骗子……
而且这个招数两年前的了……而且每封邮件是一模一样的。周四公司名称不一样，其他的都一样的。我就说想骗人也要装得像点啊，每封邮件人称没有还每封邮件一摸一样的，写得还乱七八糟的，而且两年前的也不修改一下，还好及时发现，没有被骗啊……
现在把邮件再贴出来，大家小心一点啊……

小心尼日利亚的骗子
请大家小心尼日利亚的骗子，本人刚刚被一个自称是尼日利亚的人忽悠，幸好之前有听过这个国家的人诚信度不高，结果一开始聊就觉得不对劲，说要我发邀请函请他来中国，我一看，小样，欺负我没见过骗子是吧，我就忽悠他说等你下单了，我们成了长久客户关系了自然就会发邀请函请你来参观我们工厂了，还说我们不会贸然邀请没下单就来验厂的客户的，呵呵，他就挣扎说一定要来工厂买货，哎，没办法，我只好再狠心说了一句，除非你下单，否则别想我发邀请函，哎，他终于没话说了，回头又来了句，你是单身吗。我一怒之下说，我是有丈夫的（其实本人还是单身），是在是没想法了，对这人，终于，他没话可说了，消失了，呵呵，请大家以后务必多留个心眼……

遇到尼日利亚的骗子
遇到一个尼日利亚的骗子，我们是在Skype上认识的，聊了几天后，他告诉我他是做生意的，想从我们厂进一批头盔，当时很高兴，立即就把工厂网址告诉他了，第二天他把挑选出来的几种产品给我传了过来向我询价，并要求我们寄样品过来，还说12月份来中国去工厂看看。按照我们厂要求给客户寄样品先要让客户把邮费打过来， 他回答我说等来了中国再给，当时我就怀疑的他诚信度了。为了搞清楚他是不是骗子，我装着若无其事的样子每天和他保持联系，向他“请教”一些有关外贸方面的经验，慢慢的他就露出了马脚，后来我和他商量用倒付的方式寄样品，但是向他要DHL 账号他说没有，并且他们周围也没有银行。我又跟他要了他的公司地址，电话， 可只有地址没有公司名称，也没有传真号，再找他要他是哦那里信号不好。说道报价居然连FOB, CIF 都不知道，L/C, T/T也不知道。
想想 一个真正的买家怎么可能连这些基本的只是都不知道呢？ 毫无疑问肯定是个骗子了。
说这些就想提醒大家在尼日利亚的客户谈生意一定要多多了解，想尽一切办法了解他的公司信息，再做决定。

其九：
再现尼日利亚的骗子
在这之前， 我们已经上过一次当了， 不过是加纳的， 虽然当时也很警觉， 可是骗子的公司是美国的， 给的UPS到付账号也是美国的，只是寄样品到他们尼日利亚的分公司， 所以就寄了， 最后的结果可想而知， 运费拒付! UPS找回我们要运费， 好几百呢! TNND 这里也要说一下UPS， 我们一开始寄的时候就反复跟他们确认那个账号是否有效， 是否可以做第三方到付， 他们都说是可以的， 可是事后3个多月了， 才通知我们说被拒付了， 要我们付运费， 真是服了!
不扯远了， 回来说这个尼日利亚的：

这里attached一张FEDEX的运单， 是从宁波一家叫 Silk Shirt FCT的STEVEN寄给他的，不知真假， 如果是真的， 我想这位STEVEN的仁兄是不是已经上当了呢？
28号是端午节， 这三封邮件我都没理，故意没理他， 29号骗子再次发来， Have you ignore this transactions?
呵呵， 看来他已经等不及了，直到今天， 我们才回复他，直接要他预付USD50.00运费到我们银行才给他寄， 不知道他接下来还有什么花招呢？
